Hacked

Wanted to let you guys know that my Account was hacked early this morning. Anything that has happen with my toons is not controlled by me. Working on getting it fixed.

Looks like 10 hours ago your accounts removed a crap load from guild bank.

Greens and potions.. So nothing major..

Thats major enough. Blizz has secured the account bu I wont be able to get access to it until they give me new sign in info. I'm thinking monday at the soonest. I will make sure everything gets replaced.

Hey, I am going to put in a ticket too so the items can be recovered. Do you by any chance know how your account got hacked?

Used my Mom's computer on Thursday. Both of our accounts got hacked. So... I'm assuming that there was a keylogger on her computer.

Spoke to a GM and they said a full investigation is being conducted and all items will be restored as best as their team can including items removed from the guild bank.

Any new news on this? Did they get this resolved?
