Character Profiler (How to)
|
|
Ok, so you want to have an informative character sheet Like Myself and Kardaz do in the Guild Profile in the Stonecutters forum area. Heres how
Download Rpgo-character Profiler
http://www.rpgoutfitter.com/download...ler-latest.zip
Unzip to your interface/Addons folder like you would any other mod.
Start your game..
Now, when you look at your character sheet ingame, you will notice a SAVE button up on top left side i believe. Hit it. Next, open your quest log, all your bags, and then goto bank and open your bank/bags as well. Ok, now its all saved.
NOW, this is the easiest way ive found to upload it.
goto
http://www.rpgoutfitter.com/articles/view.cfm?AID=17
and download the uni-uploader, and then follow the instructions on the page.
I usually have it load on startup, but whatever tickles your fancy. Now, whenever you log out of a character, it will automatically upload your character info. Hope this helps, as I would like to see everyones profiles available on the roster(Yeah right, lazy bastards ). Makes things much easier to see who makes what with their tradeskills if you need anything, or even to see who may want to go do a quest you need to get done with you.
INSTALLATION
I just installed the uploader to my main World of Warcraft folder. There is a link off of the page about the uploader that shows screenies of all your seeing for the uploader, so maybe one of those isnt correct. Heres that link to the setup
http://www.rpgoutfitter.com/articles/view.cfm?AID=180.

One World Syndicate Guild Rules/Guidelines/Foundation
|

One World Syndicate is a gaming community that supports and plays many different games including some of the most popular FPS and MMORPG’s out there. OWS started about 2 ½ years ago as a primarily DODClassic/DOD:S community and have branched out and evolved into a substationally larger community supporting many games. World of Warcraft being one of those such games.
As a World of Warcraft OWS member you must agree and maintain the following of a few easy but necessary guidelines/rules.
1) The number one rule of OWS is to have fun together doing what we all love to do, play games!!! To keep the fun in the community, no harassment of any kind will be tolerated, no racial comments that could be offensive to others, and bottom line nothing that will inhibit others from having fun while playing on the server will be tolerated and can be grounds for removal of the guild and the OWS community.
2) As a member of the OWS Guild, you have full rights to play any of our games that you wish to play, whether TF2, DOD:S, or COD:4. We are more than MMORPG’s and welcome any and all to play on our servers there as well. As a community our clan tag looks as follows: [=1=]Name as a full member and [=1=]-R Name as a recruit. If you do choose to play one of our other supported games and wish to wear our community tag while in the game and represent OWS then please get with me (Draven_Blade) and your Steam ID will be added to the permissions on the game servers.
3) As an OWS Guild Member, please keep this in mind at all times. All potential OWS Members will be added first as “recruits” (more on ranks to follow below) and will only become full Members of OWS after 15 days of activity and registration to the website is made. Being that the Officer’s in the guild are very active in the game, playing daily, voting will be held on the recruit (much like we do in the FPS world of OWS) and if enough votes are made, the Recruit will be promoted to Member.
4) To become a Full Member of the OWS Guild, you must register here on the website and already Full Members of OWS are encouraged to reiterate these rules and make sure they are followed. We are much more than a WOW Guild, we are a gaming community, and what’s the better way to get to know everyone in OWS then by playing in game with them and posting here on the website? Like I said previously, your activity here on the website and in game will get you the votes you need to make it past the Recruit Phase of the process. If you do not receive enough votes after 15 days, you will be extended an additional 15 days. After 30 days if enough votes are still not provided, then you will be removed from the guild. Just come visit the website every once in a while, it’s not too much to ask. Bottom line, be friendly, as most of us are here to have fun.
5) We do frown upon people paying to use a power leveling service, but we have no say so what you choose to spend your money on. If you do choose to use one of these services you must let an officer know and remove your character and any alts from the guild BEFORE you use those services. Once it is complete you MUST reset your game password and can then return to the guild. Your character will return in Recruit status and will have to go through the voting process to become a member again after 15 days.
Rules on Guild Bank:
The guild bank is setup for people to be able to share with other members of the guild, stuff that they do not need or just simply wish to donate. Under no circumstances are members allowed to take things from the Guild Bank in hopes of selling the item in the Auction House just to make personal gain. Also under no circumstances, are members allowed to take money from the Guild Bank in the hopes of buying that sexy new item in the Auction House. If you choose to shop in the Auction House, then you need to earn the money yourself. Remember this bank is for all of us, please do not be greedy. Please do not remove or request items out of the guild Bank that are more than 1 level above your current character level. With our member size growing, it would not be fair for you to take an item that you cannot use until 5 levels higher while someone at that level could benefit from the item immediately. Final rule, if you really want an item out of the bank and you are already over your daily limit, then please post here in the Forums under the “Item Request” section and one of your Officers/Leaders can get that item pulled out and mailed or traded to you. We have lots of crafters out there so if you need something, don’t be afraid to ask, half the time one of us can make it for you. But just be courteous, what goes around, comes around. Please do not "Beg" for things from the bank and/or help on quests, etc. Be considerate to others and not forceful, or demanding. We are happy to oblige when we can.
We have a ventrillo server as well, once you are registered here on the website, get with one of us for the Ventrillo Password. The instructions on setup are listed on the front page of our website with step by step instructions on how to complete setup. It’s under “Ventrillo Tutorial”.
Rules on Recruitment:
1.) Only invite people you perceive as being cool. I.E. Helped you out or something.
2.) Only invite people that seem out going. I.E. Friendly and are a good fit for the OWS Community.
3.) Advise those that you invite of the rules of membership upfront.
4.) When you have someone in mind that meets all these requirements please ask a member to invite them.
The Guild Ranks are as follows:
Recruit – Initiate level of the OWS Guild, and area for 15-30 day voting period on permanent member status. Can withdraw 1 item from the guild bank a day and can use 1 gold a day for repairs at a repair NPC. Can see and talk in guild chat. Can register here on the website and post in members sections (with recruit permissions) of the website. No other perks are given to Recruits.
Member – Basic level of the OWS Guild. Most of our members will feel right at home here. All Full members from other OWS Games are immediately given Member status and can view Guild Bank Tabs, and withdraw 5 item stacks per day and use 1 gold a day for repairs at a repair NPC. Members are able to invite new recruits to the guild.
Veteran – Higher Admins of the OWS community will be placed into the Veteran Status if they are highly active in WoW already and show promise of prolonged activity to the Guild. Also Members of the OWS guild that aren’t a member of another game can achieve Veteran Status after putting in quite a bit of time into the Guild and with moderate Website Activity. Can use 1 gold per day for repairs at a repair NPC and remove 10 item stacks per day from the Guild Bank. Veterans also should be willing to help lower members when applicable on quests and such. Not required, but is nice to do. Veterans are able to invite new recruits to the guild.
Officer – Officer’s of OWS are Founders/Leaders alts and appointed officers and are the basic backbone leaders of the OWS Guild. Promotion to Officer status is granted by High Website Activity and Very High Game time. Officer Promotions are granted to those Veterans that recruit members consistently and maintain activity in both the Game and on the website. Officer’s Uphold all OWS Community Rules and make sure they are enforced. Can Withdraw 40-50 items per day and 10 gold per day for repairs or general use.
Founder – Well let’s face it, no one else will ever have this title besides – Cateyes, Dunno, Thorn, and Myself.
Guild Master/Co-Founder – Pippita now owns this title, and with the help of her leaders/Co-founders above, we strive to make this one of the best World of Warcraft Gaming Communities out there. Alliance or Horde.
So play often and have fun, we’ll be around for as long as you support us.
Thanks,
-Draven_Blade

Thanks to Kyote for helping with the organization of all this, we have compiled them to one list for easier reading.
Please PM me at any time to add/remove a character from the listing. I believe Rakhan is working on a WoW Armory posting so it will alleviate the level adjustments.

Welcome We play on the Azjol-Nerub server mostly on the Horde side. We do have an alliance side there as well, but not a lot of people playing over there right now. Feel free to bring a guy over and join our crazy crew.

Well if you are interested in moving you can actually move a character from a PvP server to a PvE server. You can't move a character from a PvE to a PvP.
