Coupled with the other achievement that tells the scouts not to touch sandviches, my guess is that the new gameplay type must be an eating contest...yes, that's it!

The heavy eats as many sandviches as possible while the scouts try to take them away...it'll be great! LOL

unless you have unlimited sandwiches, it won't be worth trading the shotgun for IMO...

Eh, I bet it'll be an alternate fire for one of the new weapons...but for only 50 health.

the Sandwich replacing the shotty sounds like a terrible idea, its supposed to be an alternate weapon, I'd rather see it as a new 4th weapon slot

though it would be balanced in that you can heal now, but once your minigun runs out of ammo, you are screwed
