I think this will help

Fixed a shutdown crash in the material system
-i crash 1 in 5 times i play since the last update... i hope this stops it!

Players killing themselves will now give a kill credit to the last enemy who damaged them
- finally all the soldiers will give me a kill when they are at 4 health and kill both of us with a rocket!

Removed health bonus from the Backburner
- it did make it overpowered (i've been playing pyro more than medic lately because i could stay alive longer).
- makes it tempting not to use the backburner now because i can stop rockets and blow players off the capture points.

I fixed the Instaspawn on Server 5 btw...it's now at 10 seconds.

Sucks for Taco that the backburner lost it's bonus life....he loved to use it just so he had more life for Axe'in around....
