I'm not really sure how to fix these problems, but i usually save my pictures as bitmap images....if that really does anything. The picures saved like that usually work.

Tried it in BMP as well, the only difference in all my others is i used paint.net instead of ol' MS paint, there a problem with it or something?

I've never tried loading a common format into a spray. I just use this photoshop plug-in that saves .VTF

Nem's Tools [Miscellaneous - PS VTF Plug-In - VTF Plug-In for Photoshop]

Your problem might be if the JPEG was saved as a progressive image. Where it downloads in multiple passes. When working with actionscript for Flash I've experienced a lot of problems with that option.

But hey. I'll just convert it for you.

if u have photoshop try .tga (Targa). Jpg's usually work for me but it's been giving me issues lately as well. TGA's usually don't and with the .vmt and .vmf u have to have those in the right folder... Somewhere in the VGUI folder in ur game directory

I know that from screwing with a spray Ringmaster made for me.

Shite. Forgot about that.

Yeah the folder is located somewhere along the lines as...

C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\YOURNAME\team fortress 2\tf\materials\VGUI\logos

If the VGUI folder or the logos folder isn't there just create one. It should work then.

(right Tyrian? Heh)
