i really hope the next update for ach's is gonna be spy though...even though i dont have 100 hours on it (67) its my most played class and i luv it alot. me jon v, frogy, silverburst, senor chicken, and some other people i cant remember are alot better at spy than me and im sure they hope so too cyall in the servers.
I will take anything or nothing. I could really give a rat's ass about these achievements, since they mainly just cause class whoring and constant bitching about "wahhhh I want X achievement". Though I do think the achievements are a fun thing to add, and I love the new weapons... I only wish people could get over getting the new weapons and play other classes.
Actually valve fixed this up quite a bit with the 12, 16, and 22 achievements instead of all of them for the Ubersaw and such.
I would like to see any of the classes though... I wonder if Valve is going to pull something creative out of their ass...

Not to derail this thread, Palin has put up some excellent ideas. But I'd love to see an entire new class...
I'd love to see more people come up with ideas for the other classes. I'm trying to think of upgrades for the Scout, the Demoman, and the Soldier and I keep getting stuck.
For Demo I was thinking of Proximity mines instead of standard stickies, less of them but they would be fire and forgets.
Scout an improved melee bat, perhaps with nails? Improved crit chance, slows you down a tad?
Spy needs either a tranq gun, or perhaps a costume "upgrade" which enables them to move at scout speeds when dressed as a scout. Perhaps even a blink ability?
Lol a new class... Valve would never try that hard.
My suggestion... Revive the Soldier class from it's BS "noob" name... Myself, and quite a few others (Ate It) get quite mad when people call the Soldier a noob class. Quite frankly, if you get pissed when you're killed by a class, enough to call the class a noob class, then you're the noob.
Suggestions:
Rocket: Heat-Seeking rockets... Seek Heat.
Rockets will not attack a Sentry\Dispenser\Teleporter unless singly-attending, since the rockets will fly off track to other people.
Shot-Gun: Armor pierching rounds... Will shoot through team mates and other players... Negative: Less criticals
Shovel: Lifeline... When low on HP, Shovel does 50% more criticals. When full HP, Shovel does 50% less damage.
I actually just had an idea for the Soldier weapons:
Soldier:
N.O.O.B. Cannon: Rocket launcher with an important couple of changes. Does not permit rocket jumps. Player presses alt-fire key to "ready" the weapon by bringing it up, which makes the player move slightly faster than a chainsaw-spinning heavy, but allows the soldier to "guide" his missle with a soft- lock on. In other words, the soldier fires the rocket and moves the mouse to "look" where he wants the rocket to go, mildly affecting the flight of the rocket.
For example:

Auto-Shotgun:: Faster fire, less accuracy. Simple.
Minelayer: Using the shovel, a soldier can spend 7-10 seconds digging and dropping a landmine in the ground. Removes the ability to melee attack.
They may not be the best ideas, but I'm grasping at straws. ^_^
