Rammstein wont be on TF2 for a while!

Just to let you know guys and gals..... I am probably wont be on TF2 for a week or so. My graphics card (i believe) got fried or got ****ed up
I am not 100% sure its the Geo-Force card or not. So, I am on my second (back-up) computer for a while....thank god I can still surf the net...lol.

My second steam name, if anyone wants to steam me or add as a friend is:

Sorry for anyone for not hearing any Chewy sounds and sniper laughs for a while on TF2. I might run to the store and buy TF2 for my second computer...for the hell of it.

well if u want the chewy noices to keep going, i can do that for yah lol.

What i would first try to do, is to see if the graphic card is acutally out of the socket first. But other than that, if u cant see anything im pretty sure that either it is the card, or it could possibly be the socket.

One thing you could try to do to see if the card is fried, actually put it in ur secondary computer to see if it works or not, if it does than there could be something wrong with the slot in your motherboard, but if it doesnt then it really could be there is something wrong with the card.

After I played TF2 on Thursday night (i was about to head to bed) and I heard a popping noise coming from computer. I kinda freaked out and turned my computer off. Then after turning the computer on (for half a day) on Friday.. I heard the exact same noise again. I imediatley turned it off and waited til today. I turned it on and after 15 min. of on....the monitor went black and still heard some of my rock music still going but really skipping. I dunno what happened. Probably played too much hours of Tf2 in the past month?? Got over heated and popped something

My graphics card slot is diff. than the other slot in my second computer. So i cant put it in and test it on second computer. I am going to the Fry's store on Monday (im sure you know what kinda store that is in Texas), and bring my computer over and see what the hell is wrong!!!

WAIT... Can't you just load up your steam account on the 2nd computer? I mean my Steam account isn't even mine... it was originally in Europe but then was given to me... So you can still use your old account and still have TF2 and all your other games... Why buy it?

Just load up the old account and install it.

LOL thanks for everyones response. Chewy is having a mental breakdown at the moment. I'll try and get Ventrilo working tonight and talk to some of you guys!! Unlike some OWS .... Vent. is freakin awesome....hint hint.

I found out what the deal was! My graphics card was blown. I believe 3 small cylinder compartments on the card was popped. I heard 2 of them popped but the other was prob. popped when I was at work or getting some Akira's icecream...lol

Well, I might be on TF2 Wed. night or hopefully Tues! if the computer is fixed
