Day of Defeat - Overview

Day of Defeat: Source is a mod based on the Half-Life 2 engine.
It features WWII style weapons, accuracy, uniforms, and environments. The two sides are the Allies (Americans) and Axis (Germans).
The most unique features of the game are the realistically high inaccuracy of the weapons, constant re-spawns, nades that can easily kill in one blast (again, realism), and the Machine-Gun.
One World Syndicate started as a DOD:S community, and still has strong ties to it. It is still the 'core' of our community. We have two league teams (currently CAL and TPG), three servers, and consistently busy servers. If you've never tried it, it's only $9.95 and well worth it. We'll welcome you with smiles and a shovel to the back of your head.
