I have installed it today and have only run into a few problems, as they get the bugs worked out, I think it will be up there with Firefox if not better.
It seems to crash out while on the Photobucket.com page, keeps on having Shockwave Flash crashes.
also Some of my Sigs have gone missing while on the forums:
The bottom sig has been missing even with Firefox but, with Chrome I now have 2 missing image files showing...

[14:08] [RFA] DirtyPete: you guys playing while I'm at work pisses me off so much It's like unicorns vomiting chocolate rainbows all over me as I float through a lollipop garden on a magic carpet.
I have been playing with it. It's very very fast on javascript intensive sites like digg.com. It definately has better security and multiprocessing models then everything else out there.
Still though, as you state it's obviously beta quality software. Hopefully another release will come quickly.
PS - I get 404 errors when trying to look at the images that are supposed to be in your sig. FYI

Reason: grammar
Chrome is still in like beta and such lol. I know they have alot of work to do on it, I was reading all about it, and supposedly IE8 is supposed to already be better then Chrome.
I'll take Firefox until GC proves it's got something to offer me.
I like it.
But, I have found out is SUCKS at keeping you logged in to sites... such as this one... it's really annoying!

It's fast. It's safe. It's made by google.
But it does have some bugs.
I love it though.
Incognito is tight too. Neat idea.
