New Toys!

Hey ya'll

Got sucked into the Labor day sales... Plus I've been drooling over the challenger...

So here are my new toys... feels like show and tell. The Charger is an R/T and was needed for the family. I hated the 300 we had so I traded it for the Charger with 340 horses. I found the Challenger with Navi and leather after looking around a bunch.

Overall I'm thrilled.

I am usually not a Dodge fan but those new Challengers make me mess my pants..

I hope you have a LOT of fun with it and keep it on the road and not in a ditch!!

So does this mean you and Giberson are gonna be racing since both got new muscle cars. It would be a great showdown.

First, yes, I'm jealous! I work as the Internet Sales Manager for a fairly large dealership, and my office is at the Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge lot. I LOVE the new Challenger, but was pissed they wouldn't let me drive the "First Edition" SRT that we had. Still waiting for our first R/T to come in...

Secondly, WTF did you not like about the 300? That's the best ****ing car out there! Moreover, it's exactly the same vehicle as the Charger, but with nicer options available. Same powertrain, same platform, just better looking. I'm confused...

I mentioned that the 300 I had was a 2.7L v6 and was lacking some options I would really prefer (leather, sirius). I replaced it the charger (knowing the similarities) but with a much large engine the 5.4L v8. I felt the 3.5L v6 was still a bit underpowered, but the 2.7L needed to be pushed down a hill to merge.

Internet Sales Manager, wish I had known, I would have bought from up there and went up to get em. Have any ins for me getting some wagon wheels for the charger?
