I can tell you how to make some kick ass Ribs:
Here's what I do. I take the ribs I remove the membrane then I put them on foil to wrap up in after seasoned. I use a dry rub called bone suckin sauce dry rub on both sides then I use about 1/4-1/2 bottle of your favorite bbq sauce on each side then I put some more dry rub on top. Once seasoned wrap in foil then add 2nd layer of foil. Put on pit for around 1/12 hrs around 175-200 and they will be awesome.

Piece of meat + italian dressing + plastic bag = soak a day or two then cook.
Or use some porterhouse seasoning.
Worcestershire sauce and ketchup can be good sometimes.
And Baby Jays BBQ sauce is pretty good too.
My mom use to do cajun cooking so you can always go that route, though I guess not too many people around here like Cajun cooking though.

make hamburgers with cheese inside, just make a big ol patty, and put a chunk of cheese in the middle and wrap the meat around it, and BAM!

Wash your mouth out boy! I am a bonafied Cajun. I live 60 mi S.W. of N.O.
For clarity Cajun cooking does not mean just putting shitload of cayenne pepper on something.

Nope, it doesn't. I grew up on crawfish, alligator, catfish gumbo, etc, though seasoning it well is important. Shit, my family even owned a pet alligator boy. Just because I don't live in NO area doesn't mean I have no idea what I am talking about. Mother's mother's mother was creole but moved to Kansas with her German husband, I believe.
