I have played on these kind of servers in the past. For this to work efficiently I think it would require resetting the stats every month.

For prizes I suggest any $15 or under Steam game. This would be done using the gift system.

Edit: On these types of servers they have it set so that if you win the prize, you cannot win a prize for another 2 months.
